Corporate Governance

The general manager's office of the company is responsible for promoting corporate integrity management, planning and promoting the concept of integrity management, and reporting to the board of directors regularly; the finance department is responsible for corporate governance-related matters, including providing directors and supervisors with the information they need to perform their business. Handle matters related to meetings of the board of directors, committees and shareholders' meetings and prepare meeting minutes...etc.

The company has formulated the "Integrity Business Code" and the "Corporate Governance Practice Code" in accordance with the "Integrity Business Code for Listed and Over-the-Counter Companies" and the "Practical Code for Corporate Governance for Listed and Over-the-Counter Companies", and has complied with relevant regulations to implement the spirit of honest operation and corporate governance.
